Friday, Feb. 16

Syncear S. Dawson, 18, of 265 Blue Hills Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, in connection with a shoplifting call on South Rd., 3:24 p.m.

Saturday, Feb. 17

Clifford Cogan, 30, of 91 Elm St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace, on a warrant, 12:21 a.m.

Craig J. Larsen, 30, of 183 South Rd., Farmington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance on South Rd., 1:12 a.m.

Sunday, Feb. 18

Jason A. Pipitone, 34, of 97-B Whiting St., Plainville, was charged with operating under the influence, evading responsibility and failure to drive right, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Briar Hill, 2:19 a.m.

Patrick D. McKeever, 46, of 220 West St., Plantsville, was charged with operating under the influence and second-degree breach of peace, in connection with a disturbance on Main St., 4:48 p.m.

Monday, Feb. 19

Alexander Cole, 44, of 3 Canterbury Ln., Avon, was charged with operating under the influence and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, in connection with a traffic stop on Great Meadow Ln., 9:27 p.m.
