Joseph Goodrow, 40, of 37 Farnham St., Torrington, was charged with first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear (two counts), on three warrants, 5:03 p.m.

Thursday, Jan. 18

Marvell Santiago, 45, of 50 Binghamton St., Bristol, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 9:36 a.m.

Saturday, Jan. 20

Brian G. Grenier, 36, of 12 Finch Blvd., Unionville, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a traffic stop on Plainville Ave., 1:05 a.m.

Gregory Coppotelli, 22, of 600 Asylum Ave., Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Farmington Ave., 1:52 a.m.

Tiffiney Watson, 43, of 629 Garden St., Hartford, was charged with risk of injury to a minor, sixth-degree larceny (two counts), conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, in connection with a shoplifting call on South Rd., 7:18 p.m.

Renita L. Morgan, 27, of 75 High St., Vernon, was charged with risk of injury to a minor, sixth-degree larceny (two counts), conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, in connection with a shoplifting call on South Rd., 7:18 p.m.

Sunday, Jan. 21

Suzanne A. Paolitto, 49, of 11 Orchard Rd., Farmington, was charged with violation of a protective order and interfering with an officer, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Orchard Rd., 3:40 p.m.

Kason Cook, 33, of 2060 Pitkin Ave., Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged with operating under the influence, operating under the influence with a passenger under 18, failure to obey traffic control signals and operating without a license, in connection with a traffic stop on Scott Swamp Rd., 4:42 p.m.

Monday, Jan. 22

Suen A. Fairclough, 29, of 175 Sigourney St., Hartford, was charged with failure to respond to a payable violation, on a warrant, 5:29 p.m.

Tuesday, Jan. 23

Sachana Parrish, 34, of 44 New Britain Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call on South Rd., 7:03 p.m.

Crystal L. Sanchez, 29, of 121 Clark St., New Britain, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and operating without a license, in connection with a traffic stop on Waterville Rd., 10:38 p.m.
