Rachel Gore, 38, of 100 North Main St., Belchertown, Mass., was charged with fifth-degree larceny, possession of a shoplifting device and second-degree failure to appear, in connection with a shoplifting call at Lord & Taylor in Westfarms Mall and on a warrant, 4:51 p.m.
