Ralph L. Gross, 21, of 44 Brittany Farms Rd., New Britain, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to obey stop sign, in connection with a traffic stop on Batterson Park Rd., 1:43 a.m.
Wieslaw Wiosna, 70, of 20 Garden Path, Farmington, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive right, in connection with a traffic stop on Plainville Ave., 8:44 a.m.
