Kevin Scanlan, 61, of 241 Arch St., New Britain, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, on a warrant, 3:51 p.m.

David A. Crespo, 33, of 1644 Farmington Ave., Apt. 5, Unionville, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell, windshield obstructing view and failure to comply with window tinting requirements, in connection with a traffic stop on Fienemann Rd., 4:29 p.m.
Thursday, Jan. 10
Sergio A. Contreras, 18, of 20 Hillside Ave., Unionville, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, in connection with a disturbance at Farmington High School, 1:31 p.m.
Bruce I. Simmons, 48, of 41 George Washington Tpk., Burlington, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Plainville Ave., 11:57 p.m.
