Mark A. Dubroski, 31, of 79 Feldspar Ave., Beacon Falls, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 8:05 a.m.

Jenynet Bermudez, 23, of 1 Batterson Park Rd., Apt. 106, Farmington, was charged with risk of injury to a child (two counts) and third-degree assault, on a warrant, 9:38 p.m.
Karen M. Leary, 50, of 266 West St., Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear (two counts), in connection with a shoplifting call on South Rd. and on a pair of warrants, 2:01 p.m.

David Cheng, 45, of 52 Talcott Notch Rd., Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and first-degree unlawful restraint, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Talcott Notch Rd., 8:00 a.m.
