Thursday, March 15

David Carrion, 40, of 52 Martin St., Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass, on a warrant, 12:31 p.m.

Willie J. Beauregard, 48, of 59 Mill Pond Rd., Broad Brook, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass, in connection with a shoplifting call on South Rd., 4:46 p.m.

Marin Beshi, 31, of 53-A Grandview Dr., Farmington, was charged with third-degree burglary (two counts) and sixth-degree larceny (two counts), on a warrant, 7:42 p.m.

Saturday, March 17

Jocelyn J. Milliman, 33, of 406 Twin Circle Dr., South Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and operating without minimum insurance, in connection with a traffic stop on Meadow Rd., 1:25 a.m.

Breisha E. Hilyard, 27, of 48 South St., West Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call on South Rd., 4:49 p.m.

Dawne L. Clark, 23, of 30 Fairlane Dr., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call on South Rd., 4:49 p.m.

George S. McPhee, 35, of 1172 Stafford Ave., Bristol, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a traffic stop on Perry St., 10:45 p.m.

Sunday, March 18

Heath T. Hogan, 27, of 1001 South 7th Ave., Lanett, Ala., was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Batterson Park Rd., 1:57 a.m.

Tuesday, March 20

Edwin A. Torres, 38, of 15 Noble St., New Britain, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, on a warrant, 8:21 p.m.
