Sarah G. Coulliard, 42, of 1752 Farmington Ave., Apt. 3, Unionville, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, on a warrant, 6:00 p.m.

Saturday, June 2

Christina L. Santiago, 43, of 713 South Main St., Torrington, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a traffic stop on Collinsville Rd., 2:20 a.m.

Oklan E. Daley, 30, of 420 East 102nd St., New York, N.Y.,, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 10:05 p.m.

Sunday, June 3

Sharonda N. Williams, 39, of 258 Capen St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree forgery (11 counts), second-degree identity theft (11 counts), sixth-degree larceny (seven counts), third-degree larceny (three counts), criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny, credit card theft, third-degree forgery, sale of a hallucinogen and operating a drug factory, on a warrant, 8:05 p.m.

Tuesday, June 5

William Brawer, 61, of 797 Linden Way, Franklin Lakes, N.J., was charged with third-degree forgery, third-degree identity theft, criminal impersonation, credit card forgery, credit card fraud and criminal attempt to commit fourth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 9:01 a.m.
