Tuesday, Nov. 27

Jorge Rodriguez-Dones, 22, of 49 Risley St., Hartford, was charged with sale of a narcotic substance, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, operating under suspension and failure to obey tinted auto glass requirements, in connection with a traffic stop on Scott Swamp Rd., 9:48 a.m.

Ninoshka Rivera, 28, of 33 Babcock St., Hartford, was charged with sale of a narcotic substance, possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, in connection with a traffic stop on Scott Swamp Rd., 9:48 a.m.

Jeremy S. Hasty, 30, of 227 Windsor Ave., Windsor, was charged with reckless driving and sixth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 3:45 p.m.

Wednesday, Nov. 28

Christopher Swit, 26, of 126 Pfister Dr., Newington, was charged with operating under the influence, reckless driving, first-degree reckless endangerment, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, in connection with a traffic stop on Farmington Ave., 10:37 p.m.

Thursday, Nov. 29

Rebecca Kaminski, 38, of 8 Petemont Dr., Farmington, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a traffic stop on Porters Rd., 1:27 a.m.

Rachel Y. Jaques, 46, of 221 Wood Creek Rd., Burlington, was charged with operating under the influence, operating under the influence with a child under 18 as passenger and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a traffic stop on Farmington Ave., 10:30 p.m.
