Friday, Nov. 3

Gregory L. Schwartz, 33, of 4 Trotwood Rd., West Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts) and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, in connection with a shoplifting call on South Rd., 4:42 p.m.

Saturday, Nov. 4

Brian A. Howard, 27, of 75 Main St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, on a warrant, 10:28 p.m.

Sunday, Nov. 5

Latonya Poteat, 27, of 54 Center St., Bristol, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a traffic stop on Scott Swamp Rd., 1:49 a.m.

Herbert Darity, 38, of 15 Plainfield St., Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a traffic stop on Farmington Ave., 8:47 p.m.
