Henry Quintana, 28, of 85 Westbrook St., Hartford, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, use of drug paraphernalia, violation of tinted auto glass requirements and failure to display plates/inserts, in connection with a traffic stop on Farmington Ave., 4:42 p.m.

Christian Y. Viera-Rodriguez, 25, of 14 Westland St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), on a pair of warrants, 1:32 a.m.
Friday, Nov. 9
Stephen Delpriore, 59, of 9 Woodlawn Ct., Waterford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree failure to appear, in connection with a trespassing call on Southeast Rd. and on a warrant, 12:03 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 10
Jesse C. Figueroa, 27, of 89 Clayton Rd., East Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a traffic stop on Farmington Ave., 1:10 a.m.
Bryan Shepherd, 29, of 15 Willow Ln., Canterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at Westfarms Mall, 3:49 p.m.
Keith Arnson, 28, of 65 Columbus St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at Westfarms Mall, 3:49 p.m.
