Ralph D. Elmer, 54, of 185 Whiting St., Plainville, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a traffic stop on Scott Swamp Rd., 7:58 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 14
Amy L. Hansen, 42, of 1646 Farmington Ave., Apt. 10, Unionville, was charged with second-degree threatening, carrying a dangerous weapon, illegally carrying a firearm while under the influence and second-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Farmington Ave., 1:54 a.m.

Amy L. Hansen, 42, of 1646 Farmington Ave., Apt. 10, Unionville, was charged with first-degree violating conditions of release, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Farmington Ave., 1:40 p.m.
Michele Maillet, 51, of 127 Smith Hill Rd., Winsted, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a traffic stop on Farmington Ave., 9:06 p.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 17
Luis Delgado, 47, of 320 Tobacco St., Lebanon, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call on South Rd., 1:08 p.m.
Joel Hava, 30, of 10 Concord Pl., Avon, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Farmington Ave., 1:40 p.m.
Kelsha King, 46, of 100 Gold St., New Britain, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, on a warrant, 3:30 p.m.
Jashawn L. Jackson, 23, of 31-A East Elliot St., Hartford, was charged with failure to keep narcotics in original container, possession of a controlled substance, illegal operation of a motor vehicle without tint inspection, violation of tinted auto glass requirements, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker, failure to carry registration/insurance card and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a traffic stop on Mountain Spring Rd., 6:01 p.m.
James T. Foran, 35, of 14 Sequassen Rd., Farmington, was charged with violation of probation, on a warrant, 11:21 p.m.
