Monday, Oct. 22
Lisa Anziano, 54, of 410 East Main St., Meriden, was charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit credit card theft, on a warrant, 1:00 p.m.

Tuesday, Oct. 23
Joel A. Rivera Arocho, 18, of 9 Tremont St., New Britain, was charged with third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny and possession of burglar tools, on a warrant, 7:08 p.m.

Wednesday, Oct. 24
James T. Andrews, 52, of 4 Maplewood Rd., Farmington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 5:46 p.m.
Mei Wang, 29, of 232 Franklin Ave., Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at Westfarms Mall, 7:23 p.m.
Thursday, Oct. 25
Ferguson U. Woodie, 28, of 46 Capital Ave., New Britain, was charged with violation of a protective order, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Farmington Ave., 8:58 a.m.
Chandler R. Hobbs, 25, of 970 Poquonock Ave., Windsor, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny (two counts) and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny (two counts), on a warrant, 12:16 p.m.
Anissa M. Weston, 20, of 91 Plain Dr., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, in connection with a shoplifting call at Westfarms Mall, 9:55 p.m.
Saturday, Oct. 27
Daniel Roman, 32, of 23 Constance Ln., Bristol, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a traffic stop on Scott Swamp Rd., 1:17 a.m.
Sunday, Oct. 28
Michael J. Butler, 28, of 39-D Robins Ln., Rocky Hill, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at Westfarms Mall, 1:35 p.m.
