Caroline A. Wilson ,51, of 65 Walnut St., Thomaston, was charged with operating under the influence and speeding, in connection with a traffic stop on Scott Swamp Rd., 8:34 p.m.

Michael Ramchandani, 39, of 32 Huntington Pl., Norwich, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), on a warrant, 8:30 a.m.
Luis Delgado, 48, of 320 Tobacco St., Lebanon, was charged with criminal attempt to commit fourth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass, on a warrant, 11:36 a.m.
Melissa Torres, 29, of 260 New Britain Ave., Unionville, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to display plates/inserts, in connection with a traffic stop on New Britain Ave., 4:42 p.m.
