FARMINGTON, CT — Here are the arrest logs for Aug. 10-Aug. 13, 2023, as provided by the Farmington Police Department.

Juan Carlos Santiago, 39, of Main Street, Norwich, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and two counts of sixth-degree larceny at 7:57 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 11.

Noel Fermin, 32, of Linden Street, New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 5:24 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 23.

Juwon Makil Grant, 26, of Wilcox Street, New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 3:29 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 23.

Jocelyn Eaves, 44, of Willow Lane, Avon, was charged with second-degree larceny at 11:15 a.m. She will appear in court Aug. 24.

Aug. 13

Stephen H. Schadler, 54, Barberry Lane, Farmington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; evading responsibility for injury/property damage; and following too closely at 6:47 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 23.

Jaclyn Ann Schoenherr, 27, of Virginia Lane, Farmington, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 6:58 a.m. She will appear in court Aug. 23.
