Edgardo Mercado, 21, of Sherman Avenue, Meriden, was charged with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny; fifth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit payment card theft; and payment card theft at 9:51 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 17.

Larissa Evelyn Hayes, 22, of Little Brook Road, New Hartford, was charged with two counts of violation of a protective order and second-degree breach of peace at 2:40 p.m. She wsa to appear in court Aug. 21.
Aug. 19
Joshua Edward Popielarczyk, 29, of Avon Wood Road, Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 8:31 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 21.
Marcel Altagracia Mirambeaux, 50, of New Britain Avenue, Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace; third-degree assault; and third-degree assault of an elderly victim at 12:40 a.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 21.

Casey Jean Donnelly, 33, of Murry Road, Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 4:29 p.m. She will appear in court Aug. 30.
Aug. 23
Bartosz Jankowski, 21, of Osgood Avenue, New Britain, was charged with reckless driving at 10:53 a.m. He will appear in court Aug. 30.
