Tanisha Tinsley, 25, of Ellery Street, Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged with third-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny; and conducting an organized retail theft less than $1,000 at 9:15 a.m. She was to appear in court Dec. 14.

Jacob Breitkreutz, 43, of Steele Road, New Hartford, was charged with passing in a no-passing zone and evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 5:24 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 27.
Collin Harmon, 42, of Miami Avenue, Newington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 5:45 a.m. He will appear in court Dec. 29.

Jordan Marquis, 32, of Woodybrook Road, Bristol, was charged with making an improper turn; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; and evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 8:03 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 27.

Grenisha Sashay Thomas, 35, of Vine Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 7:18 p.m. She will appear in court Dec. 27.

Lance Bouvier, 57, of Laurel Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 7:48 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 27.
Teron Ross Smith, 31, of Orchard Street, East Hartford, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia; sixth-degree larceny; and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 4 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 27.
Sam Wesley Harris, 53, of Sunrise Avenue, Bristol, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance and third-degree criminal trespassing at 5:41 a.m. He will appear in court Dec. 26.

Meghan G. Urban, 43, of Walnut Street, Winsted, was charged with improper use of marker plates/license/registration; operating an unregistered motor vehicle; third-degree criminal trespassing; and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension at 5:41 a.m. She will appear in court Dec. 26.
