Dec. 21

Caitlin Marie McKee, 22, of Bloomfield Aven, Bloomfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 11:53 a.m. She was to appear in court Dec. 22.

Dec. 22

Elizabeth M. Najamy, 61, of Plainville Avenue, Farmington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 12:42 a.m. She will appear in court Jan. 3, 2024.

Luis D. Melendez, 43, of Nicholas Drive, Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 5:42 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 3, 2024.

Lornanellis Diaz, 42, of Mather Street, Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and fourth-degree larceny at 3:18 p.m. She will appear in court Jan. 2, 2024.

Dec. 24

Phat Minh Pham, 33, of Langdon Street, Boston, Mass., was charged with failure to drive on the right and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 8:12 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 3, 2024.

Douglas Burby, 68, of Columbus Boulevard, New Britain, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; operating with unsafe tires; and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 7:59 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 3, 2024.

Dec. 27

Charles J. Ploszay, 58, of Depot Place, Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree physical threatening at 7:24 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 27.
