Peter Jonathan Elkas, 51, of Vera Street, West Hartford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 9:08 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 26.

Norris Homer McLeod, 36, of Sumner Street, Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and sixth-degree larceny at 4:57 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 27.

Feb. 15

Edred Sindaylhebura, 28, of Nilan Street, Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing at 7:22 p.m. He will appear in court March 2.

Kimberley Marie Cosmos, 45, of Clark Street, Wolcott, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, sixth-degree larceny, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 4:08 p.m. She will appear in court March 2.

Brian Steven Miranda, 28, of Strong Street, Springfield, Mass., was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 10:42 a.m. He will appear in court March 2.

Feb. 17

Donald Albert Bell, 51, of Maple Avenue Ext., Unionville, was charged with violation of a protective order at 8:20 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 18.

Feb. 18

Joseph Kenneth Johnson, 39, of Quinnipiac Avenue, New Haven, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and fifth-degree larceny at 3:24 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 19.
