FARMINGTON, CT — Here are the arrest logs for Oct. 11 - Oct. 17, 2023, as provided by the Farmington Police Department.

All charges are allegations, not convictions.

Oct. 11

Ward A. Kipp, 59, of Farm Glen Boulevard, Farmington, was charged with two counts of violation of probation at 1 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 25.

Oct. 15

Pilar Edwards, 28, of Treetop Avenue, Springfield, Mass., was charged with disorderly conduct at 3:42 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 16.

Oct. 17

Juleika Marie Dejesus-Vazquez, 24, of Cabot Street, Hartford, was charged with evading responsibility for injury/property damage; improper use of marker plates/license/registration; failure to renew registration; illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance; and operating a motor vehicle without a license at 6:19 a.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 17.
