Farmington Streets Set For July Facelift
Multiple roads are slated for milling and paving this month.

FARMINGTON, CT — Multiple town roads are expected to get a facelift starting at the end of July, Farmington officials announced recently.
According to the town, the milling and paving of Church Street, Hart Street, Carrington Lane, Tunxis Street, Hotchkiss Road and Markie Road is tentatively scheduled to begin the last week in July.
That, however, is weather permitting and the project is expected to take a few weeks to complete.
Work will take place from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during the week.

Prior to that, however, road construction including catch basin repairs, removing existing curbing and driveway apron work will begin early this month.

• All homes, business, etc., will be open and available for access.
• Traffic may be limited at times while paving is in process, so motorists are asked to plan accordingly.
