Free Adult Education Classes Available In Farmington

Classes are free for residents of Avon, Canton, Farmington, Burlington, Harwinton, and Simsbury.

FARMINGTON, CT — Registration is now openat a regional adult education program located in Farmington, but serving several area towns, for various classes.

Farmington Continuing Education, operated through the Farmington school system, is taking registrations for English for speakers of other languages; high school completion (GED/CDP/NEDP); adult basic education (ABE); and U.S. citizenship classes.

These classes are free for residents of Avon, Canton, Farmington, Burlington, Harwinton, and Simsbury.

Classes start Monday, Jan. 22, and are held daytime at the Farmington Public Library, 6 Monteith Drive, (Tuesday and Thursday) and evenings at Farmington High School, 1 Monteith Drive, (Monday and Wednesday).
