From the Town: Memorial Day Parade

Memorial Day is Monday, May 28, 2012.  This year the Memorial Day Parade in Unionville will form at 8 a.m. and step off at 8:30 a.m., and the Farmington parade will form at 10 a.m. and step off at 10:30 a.m.

Please note that the traditional routing in Unionville has changed.  The “new” routing in Unionville was used last year to avoid any confusion. First, there will be a brief stop at the War Memorial on Main Street for wreath laying and secondly the parade will terminate at the on Perry Street for traditional services (instead of the Hillside Cemetery).
