Forget what zone it’s in, ignore setback regulations, dump lot coverage rules and all the other zoning jargon that puts most people to sleep. If you had your way, what would you like to see there? What would be the best use for the community?

Today we are featuring a 2,400 square foot commercial building at 855 Farmington Avenue.

Located in one of the busiest areas in town, this property is flanked by a Mobil gas station to the east and the Farmington River to the west. A Shell gas station is directly across the street, adjacent to the Epicure Shopping Center.
