Visions For Vacancies: What Business Should Go Here?

We want your opinion about the best use for this Farmington commercial space.

Periodically, Farmington Patch will highlight a vacant commercial property and ask you to tell us what you think would be the best use for it.

Forget what zone it’s in, ignore setback regulations, dump lot coverage rules and all the other zoning jargon that puts most people to sleep. If you had your way, what would you like to see there? What would be the best use for the community?

Today we are featuring the former Stonewell Restaurant at 354 Colt Highway (Route 6). The popular eatery operated in this 6,248 square foot building since the 1980s, before closing in Oct. 2014.
