Arrest Made In Year-Old Burglary And Larceny Case In Glastonbury
A suspect in multiple daytime thefts in Glastonbury a year ago is in custody, records show.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A 22-year-old New Britain man remained in custody this week on a high bond in a year-old case involving multiple daytime burglaries in Glastonbury, judicial system records show.
Glastonbury police served a warrant to Gerald Hines on Halloween for the Nov. 3, 2023 incidents, arrests records show.
His initial bond of $100,000 was raised to $150,000 during an arraignment in Manchester Superior Court and he is due for a second appearance in the case on Dec. 20, judicial system records show.

According to police and court records, Hines has been charged with:
- Second-degree burglary
- Conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary (two counts)
- Conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary (eight counts)
- Conspiracy to commit the illegal taking of a payment card
- Conspiracy to commit charging less than $500 on a revokes payment card (two counts)
- Conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny
- Conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny
- Conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny (two counts)
- Conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny (three counts)
- Sixth-degree larceny
- Conspiracy to commit larceny of a motor vehicle
