Connecticut celebrates the 54th Family Campers & RVers International Retiree Rally

Mineola, Texas – Get ready to gather with fellow retirees from Connecticut and across the

country for a week of fun, fellowship, and community service at the 54th Family Campers &

RVers International Retiree Rally, scheduled for March 23-29, 2026, at the Mineola Civic

Center. This year’s theme, “Circle The Wagons,” invites FCRV members to reunite and

celebrate the joy of camping and RVing with a variety of exciting events planned throughout

the week.

Weekly Highlights:

• Evening Entertainment:

Tuesday: Enjoy the electrifying sounds of Jukebox Heroes, a Foreigner tribute band.

Wednesday: Experience the heartwarming music of Rusty Rierson, a talented country

musician.

Friday: Get ready to dance to the beats of Uptown Beggars, a multi-genre music group.

• Annual Elections: Join us for the yearly election of the Retiree King and Queen, a delightful

tradition of the rally.

• ‘Round Up’ Pet Parade: Bring your pets for a fun-filled parade, showcasing our furry

companions.• Flea Market: Sell or trade your gently used items, crafts, and art.

• Door Prizes: Exciting prizes will be raffled, donated by generous local businesses and

attendees.

Community Service Projects:

We believe in giving back to our community. Participants are encouraged to contribute to the

following projects:

• Donations of non-perishable goods to local food pantries.

• Creation and donation of lap robes.

• Collection of plastic bread tags for DanielCares for Chairs.

• Donating soda can tops to the RonaldMcDonald House.

• Aluminum cans will also be collected for Caring & Sharing of Mineola.

Games and Activities:

Join in on the fun with a variety of indoor and outdoor games, including:

• Various card games

• Bingo

• Ladder Golf

• Washer Toss

• Cornhole

• Beanbag Baseball
