Dilapidated Dock At Lake In Glastonbury Is Line For Replacement
A aging dock is now in line for replacement at a lake in Glastonbury.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A new dock is being planned for part of Diamond Lake in Glastonbury.
The local Conservation Commission declared last week that the project is a permitted use.
The dock is located on the west shore of the lake and is accessible from the parking lot off Lake Shore Trail, according to the plans. The Diamond Lake Property Owner's Association, which is proposing the project, said the dock has fallen into disrepair and needs to be replaced, according to the plans.

The existing dock is 37 feet long an 5.9 wide. The new dock is being proposed at 64 feet long and 6 to 8 feet wide.
No timetable has been declared for the replacement.
