Dog Licenses Must Be Renewed In June

Renewal can be done online, by mail, or through the tax drop boxes outside Glastonbury Town Hall.

Resident Dog Owners are reminded that Dog License renewals are due in the month of June. Due to the pandemic, Town Hall is currently closed to the public, therefore residents may choose among the following options to renew their dog license:

  1. Renew online – click here to renew online
  2. By mail
  3. Tax Drop Boxes located outside of Town Hall

Aside from using the tax drop box, "in-person" renewals will NOT be available until further notice. Please visit www.glastonbury-ct.gov/doglicense to review the required documentation and process for the renewal options listed above. If you use the Drop Box, please follow the "renewal through US mail" instructions on the page linked above and clearly write "Town Clerk" on the outside of the envelope before putting it into the Drop Box.

Please note, as of 5/6/2020, annual dog license late fees are delayed from July 1, 2020 to August 1, 2020 per the Governor Executive Order No. 7II.
