Glastonbury Apple Harvest & Music Festival Details Released

"This year's festivities will include a full midway of amusement rides, food trucks, live music, an expanded Harvest Pub, and the 5k Road Race on Sunday," according to the festival's website. "This year, as a thank you to the community for their continued support, entrance to the Festival will be FREE and open to the general public. There is a $5 cover charge for anyone 21+ to get into the Harvest Pub. Kids under 21 can enter for free with adult supervision."

Other key details from the festival's website:

  • The Festival will be open on Friday, October 15 from 6-10 pm, Saturday, October 16 from 10 am – 10 pm, and Sunday October 17 from 11am – 3pm. Sorry, no pets allowed on festival grounds.
  • Parking: Free shuttle bus from Glastonbury High School (330 Hubbard Street, Glastonbury). Shuttle runs: Friday – 5:45p – 10:30p, Saturday – 8:30a – 10:30p, Sunday – 11:00a – 3:30p. Handicapped Parking at the Riverfront Community Center (300 Welles Street, Glastonbury).
  • The CT River Valley Chamber will also be selling apple pies in advance of the Festival. Orders will be placed online and can be picked up at the Festival grounds on Friday and Saturday, October 15 & 16. Order here.
  • The CT River Valley Chamber is currently accepting volunteers (ages 16+). Sign up now.

Located at a bend of the Connecticut River, the Apple Harvest & Music Festival and 5K Race has continually been ranked as one of the state's most popular events. It's an all-around experience that generations revisit year after year. The festival is proudly presented by the CT River Valley Chamber of Commerce.
