Glastonbury Considers Selling Nearly 5-Acres For $1.71 Million
The proposal is pending before the Town Council.
GLASTONBURY, CT — Town officials are considering selling a 4.8-acre parcel at 280 Western Boulevard, which is part of the Gateway Office Park, for $1.71 million, according to documents.
The proposal is pending before the Town Council. The land could be utilized for medical and office space, according to an agenda for a recent Town Council meeting. A public hearing is scheduled for 8 p.m. on April 26 before the Town Council at Town Hall, 2155 Main Street.
The buyer would be The Metro Realty Group, LTD of Farmington. It's expected that a building or two would house at least 40,000-square-feet of space, according to documents.
