Glastonbury Hires New Math Department Director

The district hired Caroline Quinn-Alger to replace outgoing director Michele Watson.

Glastonbury Public Schools have hired a longtime Region 15 math teacher as a new director of mathematics for the school district.  

According to The Hartford Courant, the district hired Caroline Quinn-Alger, a 25-year veteran in education who taught at both the high school and middle school level. Quinn-Alger was picked out of a pool of four finalists, the Courant reported.  

Region 15 is made up schools from Middlebury and Southbury.
