Glastonbury Man On Sex Registry Charged For Non-Compliance
A Glastonbury man convicted of first-degree sexual assault has been charged with non-compliance on the registry, police said.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A Glastonbury man convicted of first-degree sexual assault in 2005 has been charged with non-compliance regarding the state's sex offender registry, police said.
Scott Kaminski, 33, is due in court on April 11 for a second appearance, a report indicates. He was charged on March 20, according to police records.
He failed to keep his registry information up-to-date, police said.

According to the registry, he was convicted of first-degree sexual assault in 2005 for an incident involving a child younger than 16. He was released on 2009, at which time he was required to register as a sex offender. He was also convicted of risk of injury to a minor for illegal contact with someone younger than 16, according to the registry.
