Glastonbury Store Sells Big CT Lottery Winner

GLASTONBURY, CT — A South Glastonbury liquor store has sold a $50,000 winner in the CT Lottery.

On March 28, a player from Cromwell named "Kevin C" turned in a ticked worth that amount in the 200X game.

Kevin purchased the ticket at Paddy's Spirits Shoppe, 2249 New London Turnpike.

The 200X game has a numbers-matching format on $20 scratch tickets. Several layers of bonus payouts are also featured leading to the top prize — a $1 million annuity.

The game was introduced on Feb. 5.

Kevin was the first to claim one of four $50,000 prizes in the 200X game.
