GLASTONBURY, CT — A student accused of submitting a quote by Adolf Hitler to the yearbook and attributing the quote to George Floyd is facing criminal charges, according to FOX 61. Hollister Tryon, 18, was charged with two counts of third-degree computer crimes.

Tryon is accused of accessing a computer database and changing the quotes before the Glastonbury High School yearbook was published. The district's superintendent and the high school's principal wrote a letter to the community earlier this year saying they deeply regretted not catching the act of bigotry before the yearbook was released, according to FOX 61.

The yearbooks were recalled due to the inappropriate quote.
