Major Paving Project Begins In Glastonbury

GLASTONBURY, CT — Paving work has begun on a major road in Glastonbury.

The work on a large portion of Naubuc Avenue officially commenced Monday. Paving and related operations are expected to continue through Thursday, town officials said. Weather could alter that scheduled.

Motorists, bicyclists, and pedestrians are being advised to "practice caution" in the work area.

Town officials said the project is one of many to be completed through the town's annual paving Program, details of which are at: www.glastonburyct.gov/pavin.
