Man Tries To Duck Glastonbury Trespass Charge With Dead Brother's Name
A man ordered to stay out of a Glastonbury big box store told the cops he was his deceased brother when caught there, a report indicates.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A man ordered by Glastonbury police to stay out of the local Home Depot gave officers his deceased brother's name when caught going back into the establishment, according to an arrest report.
On Monday, Glastonbury Police arrested the 52-year-old Wethersfield man for entering the Home Depot on Putnam Boulevard after being warned not do so by police and store management.
When police were questioning him about the trespass complaint, the man used his deceased brother's name and birth date as his own according to an arrest report.

The man is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Oct. 24 after being charged with criminal impersonation and first-degree criminal trespass. He posted a $25,000 bond in the case, police said.
