Meeting on Tap for Glastonbury Cell Tower Proposal
The cell tower meeting is slated for later this month.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A public information meeting has been scheduled for Jan. 24 to review a proposal by Eco-Site to construct a wireless telecommunications tower facility at 63 Woodland St.
The meeting is on tap for 8 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Glastonbury Town Hall, 2155 Main St.
The public information meeting is designed to explain a technical report on file with the town.

The parcel is owned by Paul J. Cavanna, officials said.
The proposal calls T-Mobile to be the anchor tenant for wireless service in that area of Glastonbury, officials said.

At the meeting, Eco-Site representatives offer a presentation.
The meeting is taking place in advance of a formal application to be filed with the Connecticut Siting Council, which has jurisdiction over wireless tower facilities.
