New London Turnpike Road Work Set To Start Wednesday

Some delays are expected.

GLASTONBURY, CT - Pavement milling operations on New London Turnpike are scheduled to will begin on Wednesday, town officials said.

Work will take place between Glastonbury High School and Main Street and should continue for four to fie days, depending on weather, town officials said.

These operations are scheduled to take place between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m.

Motorists should expect delays while the work is taking place, town officials said.

Subsequent paving operations for the same work area are currently scheduled to begin on June 6 and will be conducted during the same time frame, town officials said.
