GLASTONBURY, CT — A license plate reader snagged a stolen car in Glastonbury and the accused thief remained in custody this week on a high bond, records show.

On Nov. 19, Glastonbury Police arrested Hector Figueroa, 46, of Hartford, after he was located in a stolen vehicle. A license plate reader had identified the stolen vehicle on a Route 3 exit ramp, police said.
