Today in Glastonbury:
At 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 12 at the Council Chambers of Town Hall there will be a public information hearing on how the town should spend $10.2 million in federal funds as a result of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
The funds can only be spent on either supporting public health response, water and sewage infrastructure, negative economic impacts, broadband infrastructure, and replacing lost revenue from the pandemic.
Town Manager Richard J. Johnson will present several possible ways the town may spend the funds and then the public can offer its feedback or suggestions.
