GLASTONBURY, CT — The Glastonbury Police Department shared a video Friday morning in response to "those saying all we do is horse around."

The video, filmed Wednesday morning, shows an officer parked in his car on Hebron Avenue as an "early morning jogger" passes by.

That jogger, if you haven't gathered, is a beautiful reddish-brown horse with a white nose whose hooves clop against the pavement as he makes his way down the road.

Another officer, in a car coming from the opposite direction, slowly tails the horse as the two officers exchange laughs. The second officer says, "What the hell am I supposed to do with this?"

Fortunately, they seem to have figured it out. The jogger was returned home and is in "stable" condition, police said.
