The State Is Sending An Absentee Ballot Application For November Election To All Registered Voters

Those who don't receive one by mid-September can download and print the form.

The Town Clerk's office has received many inquiries regarding the absentee ballot / application process and has provided the following update for resident convenience. Please review and share with anyone who may find this helpful.

Absentee Ballots

If you HAVE already submitted an absentee ballot application:

Registered voters who have already submitted an absentee ballot application to the Town Clerk's office for the November election should NOT submit a second application.

If you have NOT yet submitted an absentee ballot application:

The state is sending an absentee ballot application to ALL registered voters for the November election. If you have not yet received it, you should expect to by mid-September. Upon receipt, please complete the application and submit it to the Glastonbury Town Clerk's office by mail (see address below) or drop it off using the designated ballot drop boxes located outside of Town Hall. The ballot boxes will be open beginning September 14th and are located directly outside the main entrance of Town Hall (2155 Main St.) and are labeled accordingly. Only 1 application per voter should be submitted. If you do NOT receive an application by mid-September, you can access and print an application by visiting the Secretary of State website here.
