Suspect Pulls Evidence From Sock In Glastonbury Business Theft Case
Glastonbury police said the booking room turned into the evidence room after a suspect pulled a stolen item from his sock.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A 30-year-old Rocky Hill resident already being processed in a vandalism and theft case at a Glastonbury business pulled evidence from his sock after authorities received a subsequent stolen check complaint, arrest reports indicate.
The March 21 complaints came from a business along the 100 block of New London Turnpike, according to arrest reports.
Kyle Barron is accused of vandalizing property and stealing items from the business. As he was being processed on third-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny, interfering and criminal impersonation charges, police received a complaint from the business about a stolen check.

Barron then produced the stolen check, which he had hidden in a sock, according to an arrest report.
Barron was charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree larceny for the stolen check incident, according to an arrest report.

Barron posted bonds of $50,000 and is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on April 18, police said.
