Four days earlier, a traffic incident was much different. Soleil assisted GPD officers in locating narcotics in a vehicle that had been stopped for a violation on Griswold Street.
Several packages of heroin and crack cocaine were found during a search of the vehicle, police said. The driver was issued a misdemeanor summons for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
