The Affordable Housing Committee has revised its DRAFT of the community's Affordable Housing Plan. Click the link below to view the revised draft dated 3-10-2022. The Town Plan and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on the draft Plan on Tuesday, April 5. The hearing will provide a brief overview of the drafted 5-Year Affordable Housing Plan, as well as an opportunity for public comment. The Town Plan and Zoning Commission will review the Plan and consider public feedback prior to making a recommendation to the Town Council, who will ultimately adopt the Plan. Once adopted, the 5-year Plan will be implemented by Town staff with oversight from several agencies, including the Town Council, Town Plan and Zoning Commission, and Glastonbury Housing Authority Board of Directors.
