The Town of Glastonbury recently received a supply of N95 face masks* from the State of Connecticut. A portion of these masks were distributed to residents as part of the COVID-19 test kit distribution event on January 15th, and the remaining masks will be made available to the local business community.

Business owners who are interested in receiving a supply of masks for their staff should please visit www.glastonburyct.gov/mask and submit the request form by no later than Monday, February 28, 2022. The form will require the submitter to provide some basic information about his/her business (e.g. industry, number of employees, etc.) and, upon completion, Town staff will follow up to coordinate a pickup time at Town Hall. Masks will be provided on a first come, first served basis as supplies last. Please note, due to the high volume of requests the Town is anticipating, business owners’ patience is appreciated as staff work to fulfill and respond to each request.
This distribution is part of the Town’s ongoing efforts to encourage local businesses to implement mask requirements for their respective staff. In lieu of another mask mandate, all local businesses are strongly encouraged to require face masks for their staff, especially for those who closely interact with patrons (e.g. retail, restaurants, personal care services, etc.).
