Town Of Glastonbury: Notice Of Upcoming Bell Street Closure / Detour

Motorists using Bell Street in Glastonbury are hereby advised of the upcoming closure of Bell Street for utility construction related to the Stallion Ridge Subdivision project beginning the week of October 25th. This closure will affect a 2,000 foot long section of Bell Street between the north end of Somerset Road and the new subdivision roadway called Stallion Drive.  The road closure will be in effect during normal working hours and will include a signed detour utilizing Hebron Avenue, Keeney Street, and Bush Hill Road in Manchester. Local access to all properties within the work area will be maintained during construction however residents should expect to experience some delay.  The utility work is expected to take approximately 3 to 4 weeks.  Questions can be directed the Town of Glastonbury Engineering Division at 860-652-7735.
