Update: The November newsletter was updated at 11:42 AM on 11/1 to correct the contact information for Sewer Use bills. To clarify, billing payment questions should be directed to the Revenue Collection office at 860-652-7614, whereas bill calculation inquiries should be directed to the Water Pollution Control Division at 860-652-7772. Our apologies for the confusion. Please see the revised newsletter below.
