GLASTONBURY, CT — A 64-year-old woman is facing a pair of criminal charges after she tossed a phone into a pool at a Glastonbury condominium complex, police said.

The incident took place at the Hale Farms condos on Oxbow Drive in Glastonbury.

The initial call came in as a "property damage complaint," and when police arrived, they discovered that the woman had thrown another resident's cell phone into the pool at the complex.

The woman was charged with harassment and breach of peace, both in the second degree, according to an arrest report.
